Built by a guitarist who got tired of babysitting gear.
Murphy Research is Joe Pascual, a guitarist who plays Santana in Yaleo — The Santana Tribute Experience. That tone comes from blending amps. Getting it live, every night, without a truck of tube gear and an engineer riding faders — that question became Coro.
The answer wasn't copying tube amps in software. It was doing what they can't: morphing three amps under one phrase, sustain at a whisper, effects that mix themselves. Murphy asks the same question at the other end of the cable — what if the console listened to the room?
